All transactions are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

ORDER PROCESSING

You will receive an e-maill within 24 hours with your shipping tracking number. We provide personable service so feel free to call with any questions.

SHIPPING Canada and US $15.00. Orders outside Canada and US $30 shipping fee. If you live in Kingston and surrounding areas we will quote you an inexpensive shipping fee based on the weight of your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You will never be stuck with merchnadise you are not satisfied with. Returns are honoured in all cases of wrong color, size or item shipped and we pay for the shipping. The Paypal system is awsome for securing your refund as well.

Other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping within 14 days (shipping time not included).

Please request a confirmation number before shipping back to us.

Free to send money online via online banking just log onto your online banking account and click "Transfers" and you will be promted to send money to any Canadian debit card holder.
